The Contact Center currently operates from Lower Parel & Goregaon(E). Both the centers are inter-connected by a local loop. The centers are adequately equipped with facilities that include:

100 Operator / Agent Terminals with Digital telephones, headsets, wall boards and integrated Intel Pentium based workstations

Call Logging & Tracking system
Call Accounting software
Sophisticated Management Reporting System monitoring performance of all call center components.

Planned Expansion:

Keeping in mind the expected growth in business, the company will move to a new premise. The proposed facilities are as under:

Larger operating Space (10,000 - 15,000 sq. ft.) capable of seating 500 agents, with separate areas for Training and Conferences along with adequate employee facilities
Connection to the internet through dedicated digital leased circuits
Dedicated leased voice circuits (International Private Leased Circuits - IPLCs)
